The peoplezest team is seeking a polished and seasoned Regional Manager in Dallas. The position will oversee 6 to 7 conventional assets, all A, B product. While the position is based in Dallas, there could be some out of state travel. This is a newly created position, so the exact portfolio is not yet defined. The idea candidate will have 3+ years of RM experience with diversified assets; can be owner managed or third party. Attributes would include exceptional verbal and written communication skills, personable with strong leadership skills. This owner-managed firm has a great culture with long-term employees. Regional Managers normally go into the Dallas office once a week and are out on site the remainder of the time.
